Suggestions for use:
Add 1-2 slice(s) per cup of boiling water, reduce heat and simmer for 10-60 min. Strain and drink straight as a tea or use as a base for elixirs, smoothies or any other beverage or recipe of your choice – or even simmer in soup stock or bone broth (*strain out before consuming soup or broth*).
