It tastes similar to fine corn powder. It has that sweet corn flavour. I think it would be nice to add a dash of this to salads. But I actually drank this as a milky kind of tea, which was nice!
Delicious. Put it in a smoothie with lemon juice, banana, collagen, sea moss gel, vegan protein powder, chaga, tumeric, raw honey and almond milk. Divine!
