The cows are raised on organic pasture (fresh grass) almost all year long with cut grass forage during the coldest months of the winter. During these cold months the cows are offered a free feed ration of fermented millet and sorghum along with the grass fodder to help keep the colostrum nutrient levels pristine. Colostrum makes an excellent creamer when blended into drinks or recipes. Clumping make occur in cold drinks so the use of a blender is recommended since there are no excipients or additives of any kind, just 100% tasty colostrum.
